Over the past few years, as mainstream fashion catches onto what has been happening in plus size fashion industry, there have been a few frustrating trends: models of one note, size, shape and/or race have been more and more prominent in ads, campaigns, and on social media. So, when someone does something to break the mold, like Liris Crosse and The Model Diversity Project, we take note… Just like what GabiFresh has done with part 2 of her Swimsuits for All collaboration that dropped! And how perfect is the timing as we have been showing off various plus size swimwear options?
In part one of her campaign, Gabifresh also announced an open model casting, as she was looking for diversity to be embraced and celebrated… and listen. With these images and part 2 of her campaign…
